"Disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. The carpets in the bedrooms were stained in many places and did not seem like they had been vacuumed recently. The bathtub was dirty with many dark hairs and mildewy shower curtain. We booked the house for 3 adults and 3 children and were only provided with 4 bath towels. Could only find one spoon in the drawer in the kitchen. Found the rest of the cutlery upon checkout, still dirty in the dishwasher from previous guests. There are tenants renting...

"10-in thick mattress in a bed frame. Hard and uncomfortable. Hot water set at "scalding" temperature. Should be set closer to 49°C (120°F) to avoid burns. Fix the entry door lock so it's easier to open. Very low basement ceiling throughout unit. Would not recommend for people taller than 6-ft 3-in. Basement is damp, humidifier running 24-7. Had to call host regarding 2-in centipede that had taken up residence under the couch. Was told to spray the baseboards with bug spray located under the...
