"The room was old and outdated. Bed had a big sag in the middle and was very uncomfortable. No gift shop to even buy a candy bar and when asked about that, the manager says you can 7 minutes to 711 if you need snacks. He wasvery rude about it. Will never stay there again"

"Took 15 minutes of ringing a bell for the desk worker to barely poke his head from behind a door and stair at me until I said hello. He then asked me what I wanted in a rude and aggressive manner. The bed had no support. Mattress just sank down and felt bars under bed. Very bad area. Had to sleep ..."
