"Wir waren 4 Nächte vor Ort um tauchen zu gehen, viele Tauchbasen sind in Laufnähe. Das Hotel ist neu und alle Zimmer haben eine kleine Küche mit ordentlicher Ausstattung. Es gibt keinen Herd oder Kochplatte, sondern einen elektrischen Kochtopf und eine elektrische Pfanne sowie eine Mikrowelle - für ein Frühstück hat es gereicht, richtig gekocht haben wir nicht. "The owners were so helpful! They had food delivered to us as we didn't have a car and scheduled a taxi for us to go to the ATM. Over and above! Howler monkeys very cool to hear in the jungle. "

"Ok so I literally never leave hotel reviews but that changed after staying at Kura! First, I must inform you that it’s a trek to get there driving wise (have them come pick you up) but once you get there OMG! The ambiance is insane and they undoubtedly have the best view in Uvita! Hands down! It doesn’t even matter which room you get. If you are lucky enough to get the room with the shower with the view of the ocean I promise you, you won’t want to leave! We didn’t either! The food was amazing!...

"This hotel was nice and quiet. We appreciated the Gastro area of dining options that were located next door to the hotel. However, at night there is loud, live music coming from the gastro area. Our room was very small but clean. The staff was very friendly and the property was very clean."

"Beautifully furnished and comfortable condo nestled in a jungle setting overlooking the ocean. Sparkling clean infinity pool, full kitchen, BBQ pit on back patio, excellent service from host and staff. The 5k maintained rock road to get there from main hwy is a bit of a rough drive but well worth it. This was our 5th trip to Costa Rica and we have stayed at many wonderful places- but none as amazing as CanaVida. Only stayed 2 nights- wish we had stayed 2 weeks! "

"Juan and Ana made us feel so welcome to their tropical oasis in the jungle. Now if you are looking for a place with A/C and giant TVs this is not for you. If you want to sleep immersed in the sounds of jungle, with a steam running along the property, this is the place! We have traveled the whole of Costa Rica now; this is our favorite place so far! "The hotel is really beautiful, the views are amazing, the villas are very spacious and the room hat also an amazing view! everything is really clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Just FYI: you really need a 4x4 to get to the hotel. We would definitely come again!"
