"This Punta Gorda home is amazing! It’s complete luxury on the inside and the heated pool is the best. We spent the days and evenings swimming and relaxing. It’s a quiet neighborhood, which we totally appreciated. You can’t go wrong. The location is great, as we have family in the area and it was a good home base. "

"Property was very well maintained. Location was great as long as you aren’t in the “party” scene, which we weren’t, so it was perfect. About 45 minutes to the beach (Boca Grande). Town about 15 mins away to get groceries, eat out, etc. House was clean and all linens and towels were clean. Pool was perfect the entire week we were there. Fish in the canal behind the house. Always scared that the listing isn’t what the property actually looks like, but this was spot on!! "

"This property was immaculate,including the well kept tropical landscaping. Property manager very responsive.Be aware: if you have dogs with you ant traps are placed around the house, I found my dog chewing on one. Also, no condiments since house is so new. I'm used to having staples in the house like salt and pepper, spices and condiments. Small stuff considering all the pros. The game room is great and it was a blast from the past playing the old arcade games!We would definitely stay again . "

"Very impressed with the luxury and comfort at this home! The house, sheets, towels, furnishings, pool, etc. were immaculate! Troy was easy to work with and very responsive. Took the bikes out for an easy ride to Fisherman's Village on the sidewalk and trail. Will definitely put this on our favorites list for our next trip to SW Florida! Highly recommend!"
