"The owner, Jesse, was incredibly proactive with sharing info ahead of time and responsive when the need arose. I really appreciated him!! As others have mentioned, the house caretakers Chucho and Chari are incredible. Highly recommend eating all meals at the house! The decor and layout of the house are just gorgeous and we enjoyed all the decks and palapas. My only important tip is that if you are there in the Fall (like we were) the road to the house is very challenging. We saw multiple cars...

"The hosts were amazing. The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The Casa De Las Palmas was beautiful and perfect for our party of 9. Also, the taco stand on property was probably our favorite food in Tulum. Would definitely recommend staying at Mahayana."

"The house was perfect for our family! The owner and staff were amazing! Chari, the cook knows what she is doing the meals were fabulous and all the kids ate everything! The owner helped me plan several things, Including a shaman to officiate the renewal of our vows on the beautiful roof top! "Just book it. You will not regret it. Perfect location in Tulum walking distance to everything, amazing on site taco and breakfast stand, and next door is a resort you can utilize for full restaurant, yoga classes, and exercise classes etc. Just book it! Great for our girls trip, but also would be great for family trips with kids!"

"We loved this beautiful Oceanside spot. The staff and host were so wonderful and sweet. The restaurant right next door was delicious and they accommodated our dinner for 8 one night, lobster, shrimp, fried fish, everything so fresh. We felt pampered and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this secluded slice of paradise."

"When the craziest thing happened and bees infested our space in one hours time , they did their best to make it right for us . Moving us to a sister property and a bigger villa . Checking in on us after that multiple times to make it right . The entire property is beautiful and the coffee truck was so helpful to have on site . Maintenance and housecleaning was excellent . "
