"The location is nice, close to restaurants and Disney. the only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty. When wearing no shoes or just our socks around the location, our feet and white socks were black on the bottom after an hour of walking around."

"Grace’s apartment was perfect for our family of four with two teenagers! It features two big King beds, and when one son's cough kept the other awake, Grace sent a comfortable cot with full bedding the very next day so we could separate them. She was extremely responsive and accommodating.The apartment is very well ventilated, but the AC blew nice and cold when we used it, and the big TV kept everyone entertained during the World Cup. We loved sitting on the cute kitchen balcony for morning...

"It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen...

"Loved having a reliable desk for my work. The rooms were really comfy and clean, perfect for an early meeting. Plus, it was so peaceful around here, made it easy to focus and relax."

"We were unable to check in at first as the electronic lock was not working. It was 1am so we wouldn’t have been able to communicate with the owner. When telling the owner, she seemed unsurprised and blamed it on the battery. The sinks were clogged in the bathroom. The appliances were still wet and not cleaned from the previous guests. The mattresses were also hard as a rock."

"Place was immaculate. Said it slept four, but was a small futon and a blow up mattress. Had a good size bed for adults to sleep in. Amenities were awesome. Gave my family and I something to do during downtime. All in all a great place"

"We have stayed in this unit 4 times since 2019 (under a different owner). We love the location, ease of parking, views (some of the best in Laguna). The new management company has not updated any of the emergency numbers in the unit (suggest they do that soon) The day we were to check in we received notification that there was no gas in the unit. We decided to stay without the gas (so many restaurants near by there), the management company made arrangements for us to shower across the...
