"Room was clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I did not have the breakfast but I did get coffee at the lobby. I did call the front desk about the hair dryer and coffee pot not working in the room. I plugged them in several different outlets and reset the outlet but neither worked. Other than that the hotel is exactly what we needed."

"Well, I completely understand. The front desk guy is just an employee. He did what he could.
We checked in and there were 30 to 40 bugs in our room. I went and asked for a refund, company policy does not allow refunds so I asked for a different room. We went to that room and there was still bugs not near as many, maybe only five. But the sheets were filthy.
Needless to say, we ended up leaving and driving home because we didn’t want to stay the night there."
