"Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."

"Booked for 2 adults and one 15 Yr old child. They hotel wanted to charge me extrabdor sheets for the child. The claim a 15yr old is expected to sleep in the double bed with the parents... I was speechless. "

"It’s a great place for the price, location and quietness. But, it feels very empty with lots of rooms. I’ve stayed several times and never seen anyone receiving cancer treatment or the medical desks in use. I think they should revert to trading without the medical facility label as it has loads of facilities or meditation room, gym equipment, large dining area. "

"Lovely older style hotel with friendly check-in and clean spacious room with everything you needed. Breakfast was a let down, out of date yoghurt, milk and no bread for toast. Otherwise really nice stay. "
