Hotel staff were all friendly, our chalet was a bit dated but it added to the natural surroundings, the floor boards could be looked at creeked all the time. The bed is the most comfortable bed I had in Malaysia (and I stayed at 8 different places) The sound proofing from outside/ street noise was perfect 👌 Parking is very close to the front door.
