  • Welcome to Los Palmares! If you’re looking for a quiet tropical getaway, you’ve come to the right place. Los Palmares is located in Punta Negra, along the South Shore, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This corner unit condo has a spectacular panoramic ocean view from every room. The condo is right on the beach, with the ocean in front and the tropical rainforest behind. Your just steps away from the beautiful turquoise ocean water and sandy beach. Located 3 miles (6 kilometers) south of the Old Town along the Mismaloya. Los Palmares has a large open air palapa that operates as an oceanfront dining restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch until 3:00p.m. The restaurant will even bring your food and beverage poolside or deliver it to the condo. If you’d like to venture out, there are many restaurants (local and international cuisine), shopping areas, art galleries, nightclubs and outdoor excursions. There is a bus stop in front of Los Palmares for a quick ten minute ride into town (busses run every 20 mins). Taxis are also available. A one way trip will cost approx. 70 cents by bus, $9 by Uber or $10 by taxi. Come and experience the gentle ocean breeze, the sounds of the tropical rainforest, and the colorful sunset.

Amazing place to stay! The views of the ocean were beautiful, and it was peaceful and away from the crowds. The staff was friendly, and Sherrie communicated wonderfully throughout my stay. The beach was great and the condo itself was amazing, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Highly recommend!

My sister and I just spent a fabulous week at Sherrie's beautiful Puerto Vallarta condo. The condo was lovely, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The views from all the windows and balconies was stunning. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the views of the beach, pelicans, and spectacular sunsets. Sherrie was the perfect host as she was always available by email, text, and phone if we had any questions. The pool and beach were fantastic and Sherrie provided beach chairs and an umbrella which we used every day. The enjoyed eating at the condo's restaurant a couple of time. We often took the bus or a taxi to the Romantic Zone, 10 minutes away. I highly recommend Sherrie's condo and I definitely hope to stay there again.

If you are looking for a laid back beach front condo in PV this is the spot. Just a short distance to downtown and all the activities but far enough away to have privacy. Beautiful beach and pool. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing and the condo was very spacious. Every room was perfect for us. We loved how there was a room with single beds for our kids and its own bathroom. The air conditioning really made a difference, and we liked how easy it was to change. The decor was good and made a homey environment. The rental also included some beach equipment that came in handy. About a ten minute drive to town. We miss it already, definitely worth the stay!

Pure Relaxation

Another absolutely wonderful stay in PV and Sherrie's condo. There isn't a more perfect beach and the pool area is perfectly quiet and not crowded and it's as if you are sitting on the sand. The staff at this property are incredible. I can't say enough about Sherrie as a host, she is responsive and truly wants your stay to be wonderful. We pick this condo every time , it's like our home away from home!

Magnificent views from spacious, well appointed condo

Beautiful. well maintained property. Incredible ocean views over looking the entire bay. Quiet, away from crowds and so tranquil and relaxing, very nice beach and large pool with ample loungers and umbrellas. Fifteen minutes from Zona Romantica by bus or taxi.

Beautiful property and responsive hostess and property manager

I very much appreciate Sherrie’s quick responses, insight and tips for our stay. Hector, the property manager, was also in communication as needed. The property itself is beautiful and I would definitely stay there again. It was a short bus ride to Zona Romantica and Boca de Tomatlán. I highly recommend!

Lovely Condo

This clean, good size condo has spectacular views from its large windows and balconies. The kitchen is well stocked and twice a week housekeeping is provided which is unusual for a VRBO. The owner Sherrie is accessible and responsive to any and all questions or concerns. Her property manager Eloisa and maintenance person Victor are committed to you having a wonderful stay and are the warmest, nicest people you will ever meet.

Spacious condo with beautiful views

This was our second time renting this condo. The condo is very spacious and features views out to the ocean/bay on two sides. The pool area is heaven - huge infinity pool. It is an easy trip into town. We went into town every day - sometimes once in the morning and then back again for dinner. Ubers, taxis and the public bus are easy from this location.

Even better than expected

This condo was even better than it seemed from the photos and description. The space was just lovely, with the balcony overlooking both the gorgeous beach and the pool. My boys and I used the toys provided by Sherrie as well as her generous recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. The meals at the palapa were solid and it was an easy walk down the beach for dinner at a restaurant when I didn't want to cook. All in all, this is a perfect location for a quiet vacation. I know we will be back!
