"The Location is great if you want to be in the center of the Old Town San Juan area. The hotel is located above a retail shop. There is no reception desk or lobby area. The staff was nice to store my luggage. I wish there was an opportunity to check in early but there wasn't. My light landed in San Juan at 5am... I had to wait 5 hours at the airport because the retail shop didn't open until. 10am. The staff was nice. The cleaning staff was also nice. The room was cold (which wasn't a...

"Very clean, great location and excellent staff and service"

"We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

"Staff really not onside but they did come at check in.. overall the room was clean great a/c but no microwave or iron in our room it’s some what close to old San Juan… I would book again, no real bad complaints"

"The sealant under the shower door was coming off, causing water to leak out. pull out couch was broken and due to it being broken I did not lift it to look for the remote that was stuck underneath. Came back one day and the door was wide open. Horrible communication. Uber and door dash could never find us. Not happy with my stay at ALL"

"We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"
