"As always, enjoyed our stay here. There was some trouble with the lighting in the bathroom after some repairs, and we were offered a different room, but decided to stay in the room we had selected. As usual, breakfasts were delicious, and the desserts were wonderful . It is always a pleasure to stay here, and the location is perfect for forays into downtown."

"The rooms and hotel were very clean and all the amenities were on the newer side. The only issue I had was with the airport shuttle. It only is available if there are enough staff and I was told “do you know what uber is?” By one of the staff members in a very condescending way when I enquired about reserving a shuttle to the airport for an early flight. They need to communicate and maybe even not offer an airport shuttle if it is this disorganized."

"I mistakenly booked this hotel for a Thursday instead of the Friday I needed. I caught my mistake immediately after hitting purchase. I had inadvertently booked it for that same night. I reached out to Expedia and the hotel to ask if they could please cancel my reservation. Expedia said they would allow it but the hotel denied the claim and charged me the full price. There should be an option to fix an error within minutes of making it. Its insane that I was charged over $220 for a mistake I...

"The property was very cool- vintage motel with great special touches ( smores packs on the room). The room was very nice and clean - retro feel with great big windows. The only complaint was the snippiness of the staff regarding check in and check out. I also had asked to drop my bag in the room an hour early and was told only if I paid the early checkin fee of 50 dollars. That seemed steep since I was just dropping a bag and checking where they were located since I was traveling alone and not...

"I travel to Ithaca often for work. My room (single king) was spacious and clean, a good table to do work. It was on the first floor, which I wasn't thrilled with. However, the desk is manned 24/7, so I felt a little better about it. There is a nature trail close by, if you're able, I recommend brining sneakers that can get muddy or hiking boots if you want to get some exercise outside of the small gym. Overall, good experience. "The downtown location is much better for the money. Bed was average, outlets not working; had to ask for an extension chord to make it work. Cleanliness was subpar. Room was only attended to every other day, when trash can was full. Hotel was dated. "
