It was not acceptable so we asked if we can be moved. "This is our second stay at this property and it is as beautiful as I remembered it. We were quite relaxed as soon as we checked in. We were in a studio with a Murphy bed but it wasn’t too bad as we were out most of the day. Our next door neighbors were quite noisy and we alerted the Front Desk and it was remedied quickly by putting up a sound barrier between the connecting doors. "Unbeknownst to me my room was aligned with the valet parking spaces and main entrance to the hotel. Through out the night until they filled those spots all I heard was the car alarms for opening and closing and sitting the alarm’s for these vehicles. Then it started back up as early as 6 am beeping alarms to opening of these cars doors. There was a dirty sock in the drawers, a lizard running around, and MULTIPLE cockroaches. There were stains on the pull out bed, along with trash and crumbs underneath it— clearly nobody is cleaning the rooms thoroughly.
