"This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The property was in terrible condition and appeared to have significant water-damage and maintenance issues.
In Room 308, the bathroom smelled strongly of sewage, the TV panel was falling off the wall, and the floor near the window was soaking wet. Room 422 had no functioning air conditioning. In Room 413, there was no hair dryer, the blackout shades would not raise, and there was no cold water—the water was scalding...

"This would be a great place to go with a large group like a family reunion or a wedding but we were there for the weekend for a basketball tournament by ourselves. The lodges are set up with a common area in the middle and the sound goes right through the doors. We had people playing pool at midnight and could hear everything. "The staff was awesome and very friendly. The woman who checked us in and the night shift dude, he was cool. I can't remember his name, dang it, because he was awesome and he just seemed so happy to be at work. What bothered me was that the A/C did not work well and was hard to figure out how to use.
