"Flight was delayed and upon arrival the doors were locked, no staff was on site, the self serve kiosk was not working, and the 24/7 virtual assistance sent me voicemail repeatedly. I had a young child with me and we had to find another hotel in the middle of the night in a foreign place."

"Swimming pools were awesome. Air conditioner in our room was noisy. Room was on the small side. Way over priced. Way better & nicer places in Park City for half the price."

"The room was clean. The pool looked good. Easy access to things we needed in the area. Breakfast wa more than cereal & muffins. Would definitely stay here again."
