"Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent. The pool was a little cloudy, but otherwise the property was clean and well cared for all around. We would come back for sure!"

"Save your money. Staff doesn't want you there. No house keeping. Moldy AC units. Rude management (not the lady at the front desk - she is super sweet). Only amities are wifi, tvs with broken screens and over priced vending machine drinks nothing else works. "Our stay was okay. The hotel seemed clean overall, but did not seem well maintained. We had a room with 2 queen beds and a shower. The door to the shower was missing the towel rod, so there were two holes in the door where the rod should have been attached. Also, there were hard "chunks" under the carpet in the room, that hurt to walk on them. It felt like the floor (concrete?) under the carpet was falling apart.
Our first two door keys would not work, so the front desk attendant gave us...
