"Very quick and efficient check-in. Big room with wonderful shower products and big bath towels. Could use a shower mat to reduce the the slipperiness.of the tub. The hotel is an easy 5 to 10 minute drive from the ferry. Highly recommend this hotel."

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything feels right about the place, from the lobby to the room. The only thing is the inconvenience of the dining room location, a few steps away from the serving area which is outside. Other than that, thoroughly enjoy our stay at the hotel. "

"We were in town for a Dalhousie event. Very convenient location, walking distance to everything and across the street from gorgeous public gardens. We were traveling with two small dogs, crated. The hotel has a lovely gift bag to welcome them on arrival. The room was beautifully appointed and the Nespresso coffee was delightful. The staff was friendly and the whole stay was exactly what we needed"

"Great rock n roll themed hotel in downtown St. John's. Staff friendly, room clean and well appointed, bed comfy. Excellent meals at Zimmy's and also at Exile. Awesome theming throughout the hotel. Enjoyed the 8th floor lounge, Mojo's, too. Minor repairs needed in room, but despite bringing to the attention of front desk staff three times, the repairs were not done. We were told on checkout the items are under warranty from the contractor and in house staff could not do the repairs! If you...
