"Very reasonably priced option in Makkah. Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Shuttle service needs to be organized though. The hotel needs to establish a safer and a more organized area to pick up and drop off shuttle bus users. All in all great hotel. "

"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. "Everything about this hotel is perfect from price to location. Staff is very welcoming and quick check in and out. Close walk to Umrah door of haram and plenty of shopping and restaurants in between. Clean and comfortable and roomy rooms. Have water and tea and coffee in rooms and plenty of towels. Breakfast was also plentiful. Tons of options, including an omelet station."

"Great place beautiful clean rooms and bathroom. The people working there are awesome even the cafe guys and the noor restaurant workers. I had a beautiful time. It’s also very secure! Have to scan in every-time to get into elevator to room so that’s an extra security. The house keeping guy is so kind!! It’s literally by the mosque u just walk like half a block and you are on the mosque property!! Also there’s a market in between the towers it’s going down the escalator. "

"Bedding and towels were so clean and comfortable. Room was supplied with everything we needed. The scale in the bathroom was a nice touch. Place is quiet, all staff are nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure of the the sink fossette. The shower was super powerful but the sink was very annoying. Didn't bother to complain as I was out most of the time. Oh and when you flush the toilet it splashes water on the seat so i have to rince it every time. Probably water...

"This is the second stay in less than one year. We had a great experience. We appreciate the staff's effort. Breakfast was great. Just 2 things I hope to see. First thing, a microwave in rooms or at least in a shared lounge would be nice. This is common practice among hotels worldwide The second thing, the transportation stops far away from the mosque. The walking distance is too long for elderly residents. Huge Thanks!"
