Charming Freestanding West End Cottage


Just steps away from all Provincetown has to offer, nestled on a quiet side street in the historic west end of town sits our cottage. If you are looking for a day of shopping or pampering yourself at one of the local spas or perhaps a day relaxing at the beach, the cottage is the ideal location for you. If you are looking to escape life for a little while then our exclusive use courtyard is the perfect place, it offers a separate lounge and dining area. If you're feeling more adventuresome take the bikes and enjoy the local bike path while exploring the National Scenic Seashore and the dunes. When it’s time to hit the town you’re just moments away from P-town's eclectic selection of restaurants, shops, and wonderful art galleries. In the evening you can enjoy one of the towns many nightclubs, discos, or shows or take a sunset cruise on a schooner. After your day’s adventures head back to the cottage and take advantage of the outdoor shower; there’s nothing as refreshing as showering in the fresh air.

** Please note -
There is also a cleaning fee of $250 & damage protection insurance fee of $79 required. Guests with pets are changed a $150 pet (1 dog, under 45 pounds) fee to cover enhanced cleaning requirements.

The cottage was just as pictured and immaculate upon our arrival. Russell and Thom really thought of everything you could possibly need. The electronic handbook they provided was very helpful and allowed us not to bother the hosts. The location is perfect - you are right in the middle of town, a 5 minute bike ride to the grocery store and yet on a quiet and friendly street. The outdoor space was even larger than we could tell from the pictures and the outdoor shower was such a great amenity. We are planning to return again next summer. Thank you for an amazing month.

Everything we wanted in Provincetown!

From the initial communications with the hosts to the online access of the extensive guidebook detailing the wonderful restaurants, things to do, how to work the split units, TV, and appliances to the final checkout, Lexi's Cottage was everything that we wanted for our stay in Provincetown. The cottage was beautifully appointed with all modern amenities and a lovely, private garden area, in which we enjoyed our morning coffee. We will be back!

My wife and I have been staying in Provincetown for several years and this cottage exceeded our expectations on every level. The owners are very communicative and when it comes to your stay, they have thought of everything. The amenities were outstanding. We absolutely loved the serene outdoor space (with only a short walk to Commercial St.). Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Cozy Oasis

Immaculate cottage with beautiful landscaped patio. Brand new washer dryer, spa- like showers, dishwasher and AC. Owners were friendly and highly responsive. The bikes were a huge plus. A quick walk from Commercial St but quiet and tranquil.

Amazing! 1,000% Perfect

This is the best place I've stayed in 30+ years of summer visits to Ptown. The outside living space is beautiful - wonderful shade and sun, a lovely fountain, complete privacy. We spent almost all our time outside enjoying the space. But when we did come in, the interior is absolutely lovely and comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and 5 star bathroom. I'm making a reservation for next summer already!

Great location, superclean

We had such a great stay. The appliances and shower were all state of the art. We were close to everything. Just a couple blocks from center of town, near new Pickleball courts, dog park nearby. They had bikes that we often road, beach, kayaked, dined, saw a show. The patio was private and beautiful with two umbrellas for shade, beautiful grounds and waterfall. The guys running the place were on the ball and very helpful. They left us a gift bag upon arrival wirh Titos vodka, a beautiful block design and other things, very thoughtful. Also fresh flowers in a vase. We had an amazing week. We will definitely return. I highly recommend Lexi’s Place.

Best Stay in Provincetown in our last 10 summers!

Omg- where do we begin… let’s start with our hosts.. Russ and Thom were outstanding to work with- very responsive over the APP.. also, they left us a gift for our dog and a generous bottle of wine/gift card to dinner! Lexi’s Cottage was so beautifully kept and a perfect location for our week’s stay. The backyard space was an amazing retreat and the outside shower was spectacular to use on a hot summer evening. The location was perfect- close to commercial street but tucked away enough for a quiet night sleep- I’m telling you- this rental was an 11 out of a 10. I’m thrilled to be writing this review and nervous that once you read it I’ll have trouble booking it in the future… honestly it was wonderful!

The Perfect P-Town Stand Alone Cottage!

Russ and Thom were great hosts and made us feel like we were welcomed friends. Amazing, private, fully fenced-in patio was truly an extension of the living space. Also a great place for our dog to hang out with us off leash. The inside of the cottage is modern, clean and comfortable and has all the amenities of home. We also really enjoyed having the bikes available to us for for riding around town and down to the Cape Cod National Seashore bike trails. We are already looking forward to staying at Lexi’s Cottage again next summer!

Great place to stay with your pet

The property is great, the inside is small but incredibly well thought out and comfortable. The outdoor space is awesome and everything inside and out is so well appointed and thoughtful. We really appreciated the little touches that made our stay easier and that much more enjoyable! The dog shampoo in the outdoor shower was a very welcome surprise!

Lexi's Cottage is just perfect!

It was a magical P-Town week for us at Lexi's Cottage. Started on one knee when I proposed to my love (he said "yes"). The cottage is terrific - - so well designed, outfitted, and maintained. The living space inside and out was comfortable and clean. David and I were able to settle in and relaxed from our first moments checking in and throughout our stay. Thom and Russ kept in touch and were gracious hosts (loved the welcome and parting gifts). Definitely returning.

Perfection all around! Outstanding hosts! 10 stars!

First, Russ & Thom are outstanding hosts. They insured everything was to my complete satisfaction. Both went above and beyond to insure my stay was enjoyable. The wine, gift cards, and flowers were a great touch. Thank you! Second, the outdoor space is amazing, great lounging furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach, comfortable dining area, not to mention the fabulous water feature, bikes that we used each day, and beautiful lighting around this quintessential cottage. This home has it all, stunning kitchen, amazing tiled bathroom, parking, very close to all the shops and restaurants on Commercial Street, and a large washer and dryer. Finally, the outdoor shower is absolutely one of the best features. We used the outside shower every day and didn’t use the indoor shower. Oddly, we preferred showering outdoors. It came in very handy when we needed to shower/bath our fur baby too! There is nothing NOT to like about the owners and Lexi’s Cottage. I’m enjoying my stay immensely and look forward to the rest of the summer in this outstanding gem! Thank you for all of your hospitality! Can’t wait to return!

Perfect location with outdoor oasis

We had an extended stay at Lexi’s cottage and loved our experience! It’s a 3-5 minute walk to coffee, restaurants, and the water. The outside space was great for eating, lounging/tanning, and grilling. There’s plenty of sun but also tons of shade thanks to the big umbrellas. And bikes were perfect to getting to the Race Point and Herring Cove beaches. We also loved the super modern shower (with temperature control!) and other high end amenities (including strong WiFi). The inside living space is a little tight, but we knew that it would be from the description. Almost forgot about the outdoor shower - equipped with dog shampoo - that we used everyday to wash our dog after the beach. The owners were perfect hosts - very responsive and accommodating. We hope to come back sometime soon!

Slice of heaven

Lexi's Cottage has it all. Convenient quiet location. Comfortable and cozy. It has every amenity you could think of .All are all top notch , and state of the art. Top that off with a fenced in nicely landscaped yard with a grill, and outdoor furniture. The care and thought that has been but into the planning of this cottage really shows. It truly feels like a home away from home. Russ and Thom were responsive to every need, and they went out of there way to make sure we did. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to returning.

Fantastic Cottage, Perfect Location!

We had a fantastic week at Lexi's Cottage! Thom and Russ provided everything we could possibly need or want to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The cottage's location is perfect for short, easy walks to Commercial Street, restaurants, the grocery store, and the liquor store. The large outdoor patio with its multiple seating options and lightly trickling fountain is incredibly comfortable and relaxing. We could not have been happier with our stay. Class Act

This cottage is awesome, inside and out. The interior has everything you need—washer/dryer, cooking supplies, a phenomenal shower—too many to list! The outdoor space is serene with comfortable seating, a grill, a water feature, another amazing outdoor shower, and two complementary bikes. The owners are quick to respond and enthusiastic about their property. We had a great week, much of that is attributed to Lexi’s Cottage. It was a pleasure to stay there.
