"When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled."

"The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal. "Upon going inside the building is smells so good fresh and clean. The Staff are nice,friendly and approachable. The BedRoom is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is awesome I love those Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The Hot Tub is perfectly warm enough. The Pool/Spa Jacuzzi is amazing. My first time hotel that they offered for us to use and it’s vegan products. Breakfast was great too. How I wish I can come back and stayed more nights/days. Thank You Great Stayed!"
