"When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled."

"The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal.
