"The property looks like had been renovated before but lots of things still look outdated and not modernize. One thing very important is they should provide a non slip mat in the bath tub because it is very slippery when wet. I almost slip and fell when I took a shower. Also, a shower head is missing. There was also no plugs near the bed for phone charging. Air conditioning pretty noisy also. But overall, it was a good stay to have some rest."

"The bathroom was terrible. The tub/shower was so old, we did not use it - was so disgusting!! I’m not sure how they can rent out a room with a bathroom like that? At least the toilet was somewhat newer - the toilet paper holder was rusty, the floor tile was old and cracked, The mirror looked like it was from 1960’s - in a bad way. "Hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay which created some mild inconveniences. The view of Universal Studios from our room was unbeatable! The convenience of walking to City Walk and Universal Studios from the hotel was the very best. Very convenient, nice parking garage… Bathroom in the room was extremely spacious and clean. "I disliked that the property is not very walkable to any points of interests or shopping. Paying for parking is irksome, and I got a notification about 5 hours early that the 24hr parking I had paid for had expired well ahead of the 24hr mark. We liked the happy hour. The bartender was helpful and engaging to talk to. Not sure we would go out of our way to stay here again."
