"We had just left quality Inn beach front from 6/28 to 7/2 . We decided to stay extra day but they didn't have any rooms left so we booked extra night at kokomo suites. Now mind you there has been several times at many different hotels that we checked in a little early like the most an hour early if home was ready. We got to kokomo suites about 30 mins before check in to inquire if possible to get into our room if ready. The young lady at the desk said oh it will be a 10.00 extra charge for...

"Guests next door were loud and disruptive from 2–5 a.m. on multiple nights. Despite complaints, nothing changed. On the third night, two people entered our porch at 2:15 a.m., causing fear and a 911 call. The hotel knew of the issue but failed to act. We lost sleep and did not receive a safe stay."

"I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I made my reservation over a month in advance, but when we arrived, our room still wasn’t ready. We also requested a baby crib, and despite being told multiple times that one would be provided, it never was. The staff kept giving us conflicting information and made us wait without resolving the issue. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others. The staff had an attitude."

"The property was clean, updated.love the kitchenette. The staff was very helpful especially Ben and his wife. Just had a hiccup on upstairs neighbor they are loud but after complaining to the management they we're able to resolve the issue. All in all, my husband and I had a wonderful trip. This hotel is near the beach just a block away, even we don't have a view but the beach and boardwalk is so close to the hotel. Nearby restaurants too. Definitely would love to go back."

The pricing was cheap and we were able to book pretty last minute. The condition of the hotel is in a pretty deteriorated state.
