"The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials for bathrooms and the kitchen. The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. We have visited Bethany beach area many times over the years and have rented a variety of homes. This was our favorite as it was very cozy and we felt right at home. "Location was great, very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for us to enjoy our stay. Plenty of utensils and seasonings in the kitchen to use. Check in and check out process was very smooth and easy. We did bring our own linens as requested, but the pillows we put our pillow covers on, were dirty so if you are picky on that matter, bring your own. "

"This property is on the 2nd of 3 Flrs, as well as being an end unit. Steps only. Check in was very simple, with a Code lock. The inside was noticeably clean. 2 full bathrooms; each attached to both bedrooms. Living room is cozy, with a few games provided. Kitchen is a nice size, with a small dining area. I've typically stayed in properties closer to the beach and boardwalk in Bethany, but the lakefront property was perfect for my family and me, including our 2 1/2-year-old granddaughter, as well as our dog.
