"Absolutely wonderful hotel. Morden, a lot of natural light, very good restaurant right next to the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic. Stuff is nice, respectful and helpful. Beds are comfy, mattress are firm. This hotel is truly great!"

"Charming hotel with beautifully decorated rooms. Location is perfect for visiting old and new Plovdiv. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had to leave early for the bus to Velikov and the owner arranged for an (homemade) early breakfast and a taxi to the bus-station."

"All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel's owner, Konstantin Kostov, was particularly impressive. "This is the most beautiful old hotel right in the old city. I had a little trouble finding it as you have to pass through the barriers to get access to the old city. Looking at Google maps, I mistakenly thought access was on the main road. Hristo, the owner, had registered my car details so I was waved through the barrier with no problem. I arrived 15 minutes after the receptionist was supposed to leave but she waited for me. They've gone to a lot of effort to reflect the character of the old...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hello Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the eating area was clean and comfortable.
