"The night started off with my daughter and I lugging our luggage up the slope only to get there and be told our room was in building 5 off the main clubhouse. The walkway was gravel which does not work with heavy luggage. We started off our stay in one room and the floor rug was stained and later that night I got locked in the bathroom as the inside door handle broke off. We were provided a new room but were not offered help in moving our things. Luckily it was just 4 rooms down. The floor...
