"Great location, clean rooms, wonderful staff!"

"I visited in the last week of May and my 3:00pm check-in there was issue with the room so it took longer till 4 o’clock to give me the room. I was given 50 Frac voucher. But in Switzerland at a resort, doesn’t get too much for missing an hour. My room was a corner panoramic view of Iger. It’s a little bit expensive than a standard room even with that maintenance delayed that room‘s water glass hard, dry food stuck to it. The chips under the bed, the carpet and the leather bench holes from rips....

"An incredible spot. We chose to leave the car in town and enjoyed the gondola up. If you stay a night it should be half price. The views were amazing and the gondola stops at the property. Probably the most scenic accommodation ever. Also good food and drink and nice staff. 10/10z"

"The location was superb as it was literally a minute walk from the Grindewald station, and it's on the quieter side of the town. Staff were excellent, professional, helpful with advice. The breakfast was superb with a great variety and plenty of comfortable seating. The main issue was the hair found on blankets and in bathtub (photos taken, clearly not mine as I found them on arrival), there was also a red stain on one of the face washers/towels. "Great little hotel in Grindelwald. Easy to walk to rest of town or take the bus. Rooms are clean and have great views. Breakfast was good. Would definitely return!"
