We arrived late and after checking in we ended up changing rooms as we had a few issues and James did help us out even though it was nearing midnight.

We experienced an issue with the air system which made a loud and startling noise every time it kicked on. I have already heard from the hotel via email regarding this concern."

There was a lovely quiet place out the back (the firepit area) to sit and relax.
The gym was good, plenty of equipment for an airport hotel.
I didn't need to eat there, but I could see there was some food, although limited.
The airport shuttle worked well."

"We have booked at the Dylan Hotel at least three times. This hotel is one stop away from San Francisco International Airport on the BART.
We like the convenience of the hotel so close to the BART station.
The hotel is very nice and clean. They have a very nice outdoor patio to enjoy a glass of wine. It is within walking distance of the local restaurants. A clean and nice community."

"Place is a little dated. Bathroom faucet did not have hot water. Spider webs on the deck railings. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff friendly. Hot and cold breakfast options were basic and ample. If you are here to golf at Half Moon Bay course, this is a very convenient place to stay. That’s why we were here."

"My preferred rating would have been 4.5 stars. The only issue was that they’re having some issues with their WiFi. If this is critical for you, ask for a room with the strongest signal. They assured me they are working on it which will involve a total overhaul so I expect sometime soon it will be a stellar experience to match the rest of the amenities.
Let me just say that the listing here on Expedia undersold the Beach View Room!!! Not only did it have a refrigerator- which is at least twice...

"Our cottage was very spacious, recently remodeled, and very clean. No closet to hang clothes but there was a dresser with drawers.
Their main office is a kiosk with remote a live agent, check in was easy.
Parking is limited so early check in to reserve a spot is recommended.
I’ve be hesitant to return only because we got ~4 hrs of sleep during the last night due to loud noise coming from the adjacent unit until 3am (their TV shared a thin wall with our bed), and there was no on-site manager...
