"i got there at 230 my room wasn’t ready the housekeeper still had 4 rooms to clean and they thought i was gonna wait 315 my room still not ready they gave excuse rooms had a lot of checkouts that day and that’s why they were behind inexcusable and not my issue when you tell me 3 pm check in that room needs to be ready by 3 no lame excuses i didn’t feel it was as clean as it should be ! dog was barking off and on people were noisy walking the floor ! and way too far from rehobeth beach i tried to...

"The property was unique because the room we had was called the Honeymoon Suite. It had an entire kitchen plus a master suite with separate shower and an old fashioned four legged tub. Plus we had a private balcony and a separate entrance to come and go. Our scene each morning that we woke up to was a river with a pier where my husband fished. Ms. Debbie was pleasant, sweet and a perfect host who welcomed us with open arms. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a beautiful time.😊"

"My stay was fine, I am planning on booking the room again for two nights. The only complaint I have is there was ants in the room. I went out and bought ant spray. They were on the air conditioner unit, that is where I first noticed them. That was a small thing to a giant. All in all the room was very clean, the environment was very quiet and relaxing; especially when just getting off work from a nine hour day and working in the heat. My fiance found this hotel for me and I am VERY satisfied....

"Amazing experience! This was our third visit here and it’s just the best spot with the best views—we will keep coming back. The staff could not be more warm and welcoming—everyone is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Good food and drinks if you don’t want to leave the property, but can drive a short distance for more stores and food options. The water views are just so beautiful. 11/10!"

"Was worried as it’s my first time booking alone. Room was nice and cozy. It’s not soundproof at all but there were not many guests and I wasn’t very bothered. The parking lot is a bit easy to hear as well but not a problem at night."

"We had absolutely the Best Service We have had in many Years. There was on glitch. the Desk Lamp worked the first night then did not. I asked the Housekeeper for a new bulb but that did resolve the issue. It was on a weekend and no Maintenance Staff on Duty at the time I reported it. "
