"This was our PERFECT Salerno “launch pad” for the Amalfi Coast vacation. The train from Naples took us to the historic Salerno rail center and even with two rollable bags, the walk to The Holiday Guesthouse was an easy and mostly flat 12-minutes. "At the very last minute we had to find accomodations for one night in Salerno. We were lucky enough to find Home 47 and the wonderful host. Gracious and welcoming. We were able to stash our bags for several hours after we had checked out. the best part however was the fantastic homemade breakfast! Thank you!"

"Fantastic place to visit Amalfi coast. Away from the tourists Cava de' Tirreni is a real Italian town. The hotel is an old palace, our room was superb with all amenities and our host Dario went out of his way to help. One warning, a car can be expensive to park. But the train connections are very good."

"Really nice suite in a quiet location. Good ckear instructions for self-check-in. The suite has a modern, no frills feel with good crisp furnishings. Added bonus was the large jacuzzi as well as a normal shower/bathroom. TV came with netflix. Great wifi! Breakfast vouchhers for cafe just around the corner. Nice welcome touches from the owner"

"We had a great stay! This was our first time in Europe and the B&B was the perfect location. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the ferry terminal. The view was incredible and the property was gorgeous. The host was very responsive and thorough with the check-in info. Although we had early mornings where we weren’t at the property, breakfast was provided! Salerno was a great city to stay in and away from the crowds in the other towns. Would stay again!"

"The location is within walking distance from the train and many of the sights of Salerno. It's on the main walking street of the town. And it is a few streets away from the waterfront walkway so it's walking distance to the ferry.There are many restaurants in the area. There is no lift to the third floor but the stairway wide and not steep. So the climb isn't too difficult. Davide is a frendly host. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was there for breakfast in the morning. He responded...
