But the cleaning staff sucked cleaned our room 1 out of 5 days, made beds 2 times and that was it. microwave started sparking and the cleaning staff tried to blame us for it. was supposed to get a refund for the bad disrespectful service but still 10 days later have not seen a dime back. For the amount of money we put out for the five days on a long weekend it was not good service. :("

The photos seemed fine but it old, dusty, the room carpet wasn't cleaned, the door & floor has a huge gap & the noise from the hallway was loud. I used the pool but the water must be old & smelling bad. I wish they included breakfast at this price, rather than offering Denny's option at $15-20/person. To be fair, I would pay this type of facilities around $120 if continental breakfast was included."

When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. "Stayed here many times, clean, cheap and friendly staff. Great for Lake Country and Kelowna trips. Smart TVs are good, refrigerator and microwave provided. The room AC's are old and super noisy. Will be back again."
