"Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub. "

"Great location .. 10 minute walk by the river to city centre . Safe and clean neigbourhood. Large room, very clean and with a good size washroom . Very eclectic interiors . Staff is very helpful . Breakfast is very light ..but you are told that at check in . The room does not have any kettle or fridge .. which was a tad dissapointing . Overall we enjoyed our stay cery much . "

The room was clean and well thought out. The only thing I can think of is you may need to request a roll away if you have a party of three and staying in the junior suite.
