The hotel is more like a long term stay sort of arrangement with a washer/dryer in the lower level and kitchenettes in the rooms. The a/c didn't work well in one of our rooms, communication with the host was great and they offered fans to help cool things down. We didn't really use any services or amenities but everything worked as expected and the room was very comfortable. However, for a 40 room hotel, they really need to have someone at the reception 24/7 because after 11 pm there is nobody there to open doors or support guests in case of emergencies. There is an emergency number but that is not always useful for travellers who don’t have local calling."
