"I traveled to New York with my 3 young sons and the stay made the trip much more memorable. The location is top tier, I had no idea we would be so close to Times Square. We were able to explore and come back often if we needed a break. The staff is 10/10. We had the most beautiful connection with the front desk attendant. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping did an amazing job every single day. Breakfast was nice with great options both morning we ate there. I could go on and...

"It was a nice hotel. Very big and beautiful lobby. There was a destination fee at check in of around $140 (non-refundable) and a $300 incidental fee that’s refundable after checkout. That was not expected and a lot of money to foot all at start of trip. But other than that, check in was smooth sailing. The room was run-down and in major need of an upgrade. Very disappointing! For instance, shabby looking carpet, older and dusty furniture. The chaise lounge had very noticeable stains and spots....

"This hotel felt like an oasis amidst the bustling crowds of the Times Square neighborhood. The public areas in the hotel and our room were super clean, the staff was consistently friendly and helpful, the location was very convenient for catching the subway or checking out restaurants on 9th Avenue. Also, the beds were very comfortable with nice pillows. I highly recommend the Fairfield Marriott Times Square for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of Manhattan."
