"The cabin was so cozy and perfect for our snowy weekend in the Catskills. The amenities were just as described, if not better! The jacuzzi was perfect for the cold, snowy day. Bill and Umi went above and beyond for my wife's birthday, with special touches like flowers and treats for the stay. "We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. "

"one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing."

"The home was clean and comfortable. The home does have that wood burning fireplace smell and triggered our friends allergies but overall wasnt an issue. It was conveniently located to town and easy to find. It is located on a private lane that was all snow and ice coverd but wirh AWD we did not have an issue. "The house is a charming 1920s style bungalow located in a great place to explore the hiking trails of the Catskills. The house is very clean. Bed is very comfy, and all of the necessities were provided. We especially appreciated the pet friendly aspect of it as we were able to bring our dogs with us on hikes. The fenced backyard was very helpful as well. We had a great relaxing time here."
