"We really loved the chalet during our stay. It was spacious and well equipped. We also had a great view of the town and surrounding area from our balcony. Although it did appear not all properties on the resort had the same great view. The staff at reception spoke excellent English and were always friendly & helpful. "Fantastic sorroundings, cosy village and great pool area. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, the apartment was spacious and in good conditions, but the highlight was the heated pool which allowed for even a baby to play around for a longer period of time. It was also a huge plus, that kids are allowed in the whirlpool. All in all it’s a huge recommendation. "

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der neuen Wohnung mit Blick auf Neustift. Alle wichtigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Einzig die Heizung wurde wohl erst abends/nachts aufgedreht, untertags war es etwas kühl in der Wohnung."

"The residence is actually hosted by Hotel Lüsnerhof which we ended staying at. A beautiful mountain resort with a superb spa and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We can only recommend upgrading to stay at the Hotel - it’s an experience well worth the money."

"My My older adult kids, both, enjoyed our time in noise stiff unstable. There were things for a little kids and teenagers and young adults. I like to all have fun at the Swarovski museum or at a restaurant pub downtown. It was a good weekend for everyone."
