"cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...

"Fun boutique hotel with quirky shops and delicious food hall. The beer from the brewery was excellent and there were several outdoor spaces to enjoy a quick dinner or long talk with friends."

"Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent."

"Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right."

"The room itself was clean. However the fixtures (dressers, counters, faucets, etc) looked and functioned like returns from Home Depot. The outside door lock was non-functional, so anyone could enter the hotel."

"The pictures didn't look like what we encountered. Door clothes hanger fell off twice. THw shower curtain rod was bent so shower curtain always slidmopen while taking a shower."

"Great lobby and hangout space . Rooms are nice and clean. Only decaf coffee in room, had to pay for coffee at the café. No breakfast included. Café food was good,but pricey. On the first floor, so loud in hallways and from the room above us, especially on a Monday night."

"The place is a dump in a bad part of time. I had no idea when I booked it said it was a Radisson. It gives Radisson a bad name. The Motel 6 sign was blacked out so it is an old motel 6 not a Radisson. In the future I will be more careful when a property says it is a Radisson affiliate."

"The fact that we are 91 years old and my wife and I were exhausted as it was around midnight the staff was very courteous, but our room was 100 yards away. The last room of the hotel, it seems like a lot of remodeling is going on. But we should’ve been notified how far away our room was when we checked in and asked for help."
