This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I paid an outrageous amount for this awful place too.
For starters my phone in my room did not work the entire stay. I told them about it and they did nothing. So, I could never call the front desk for anything the entire 1 week stay. Secondly, the keys did not work. I had to go get new keys to my room at least 3 times a day. So, of course, I had to walk to the front desk. The first few days I was very nice about it. The clerks would never apologize either, they were rude and looked at me as if it was my fault and said that I couldn’t have my cell phone anywhere near the key ???? - everyone has cell phones. Thirdly, they never came to clean my room until I finally asked about it. Even after I asked, they didn’t come clean it until my fifth day of stay. I even had to go get my own towels and dump my own trash.
Plus, my TV remote didn't work so I had to get up and turn the TV on/off and also to change the channels.
They also had free breakfast but for the entire week, they had almost the exact same breakfast each day. Unbelievable!!!
Then to end it all, the Hot Tub was down for repainting for 4 of my six night stay.
