We actually just used it so I could get ready for my wedding and then we passed out after all the events and left in the morning. It’s a perfect spot for a getaway and it’s just simple. From the beach we were able to walk to Pismo where we hung out for the day. They have a nice patio area but unfortunately we weren't able to use the amenities during our short stay. "

"Had a wonderful stay for a weekend family retreat with adult children and our dog. The place was well furnished with quality bedding and very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with spices and treats. Location was central and convenient with the Arroyo Grande village nearby, Trader Joe's, and freeway access to hikes, golfing, and beach. It was nice having a small backyard for our dog. Complex was very quiet. Electric car charger was a definite bonus. Would love to come back for another stay."

"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again.
