"We booked two rooms based on the picture from Expedia that showed the motel had a pool. When we arrived with six children that were excited to go swimming. There was no pool only to find that it was filled in with concrete and the Expedia website had not been updated. The manager was rude said they updated the verbiage and admitted that the picture had not been updated. I requested a cancellation of both of our rooms and a refund he denied it. He denied it through Expedia and now I’m having to...

"Dirty bathroom, missing towel bar, dirty toilet and dirty yellow towel storage unit. No maid services, no amenities in the room (no refrigerator, microwave or coffee machine. I asked to borrow these items and they said they don't have loaners)."

"The pool is only opened from 10am to 6pm. I rode a motorcycle 250 miles and arrived around 6:00pm. It would have been nice to have been able to use the pool after arriving. Later hours would be nice. Also breakfast wasn’t spectacular. I arrived to breakfast towards the end of serving time. Bottled water and bottled orange juice cost one dollar each. Coffee was free and the food was a microwaveable jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Nothing fancy."

"For the price it's located in a nice area, but the bedding was awful and thin. Our AC did not work. The staff was not helpful or accommodating. You could also hear every little thing outside and in other rooms. Would not recommend. =/"
