"We chose this hotel/apartment because it has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful location near the ocean, free parking, pleasant, and courteous staff and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and only 10–15 minutes car ride away. there is a supermarket about five minutes drive and a few bars and restaurants around. and on top of it, the daily price is reasonable."

"Beautiful historic building, great location where you can walk to everything. Easy to get in the main door and the suite. Nice amenities including the breakfast which was such a spread it was almost too much. Nice pool and outdoor area. Overall really nice!"

"Am Besten war die Terrasse, wo wir jeden Tag frühstückten und zu Abend aßen. Wir waren umgeben von einem verwilderten Garten, in dem viele Bananen und andere Früchte wuchsen, leider alle unreif. Das Nachbargrundstück ist noch ein Feld, aber man sieht schon Pläne, dass dort typische enge geschichstlose Ferienhäuser gebaut werden sollen. "Excellent!!! It had everything you need. "

"Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay."

"They are very helpful in all aspects, from booking tours, booking our taxi for airport transport. They where very accommodating with early check in and late check out due to our flight times. They have an area to hold our luggage so we could explore Açores luggage free. They are also very fast with replying to messages especially while in Açores! Apartment was clean and they cleaned daily and gave us fresh towels! "

"We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into). "Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. "This property was everything as described in the VRBO ad and more. Location was quiet yet close to everything we needed and everything we wanted to see. The beach was spectacular, warm water and lots of space to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. Would definitely recommend this location and would stay here on our next trip to the Azores. "
