"Lovely Hotel , very convenient for the south terminal .
The only negative was in the restaurant there was another customer using their phone on loud speaker ! This was not the hotels fault but the staff made no attempt to try and ask her to stop .
I would stay again because it’s a lovely hotel ."

"Probably the stingiest owners on earth.
No hand and face towel. Only one towel, the thinnest they could find.
Cheap pillows and mattress.
It seems they use the same product for shampoo, hand wash, and body wash. And there was no lotion, shower cap, dental kit, or anything else.
No Iron in the room. They have an ironing room on another floor which has again the cheapest Iron in the market, which ruins clothes.
Also, no hair dryer in the room. Cheap dryer on a different floor.
Very small...

"All great - and perfect for a one night stay but Car Parking a problem - we arrived late and the car park was full and it was a walk through an industrial estate to park off road somewhere.
Not ideal if you were a solo traveller and having to negotiate that area a night.
Would put me off booking again which is a shame because the hotel itself and the staff were great"
