"I didn’t use any amenities. I was unsure about how the parking worked but I think I used the QR code posted in the lot and made payment correctly. Just didn’t understand why there were gates for entry/exit but they always had the arm up. Elevators were dated with floor surfaces in disrepair. Didn’t need room key to ascend to room floor but had that type of system in place."

"For an affordable one night stay before catching a flight it’s really hard to complain. Staff was polite and helpful during our late check in and the room was clean and comfortable. So close to the airport which made dropping off our rental car easy. Would recommend!"

"The rooms are comfortable and clean. The employees are friendly and do a great job, considering the woeful shortage of staff: Only one person at the front desk, during busy hours. When that person must inevitably step away for a short bathroom visit, the desk is left unattended. Only one person handling the breakfast service, during a holiday weekend, with a constant influx of customers.
The advertised van service is not much of a service at all. The hours of operation keep changing, depending...

"I checked in at 1:30am after a long day of travel. The room felt like it was just a place to sleep. I wasn't able to connect with the front desk as the phone said "this is not a valid extension" and I had to figure out how to lower the blinds, it was a switch on the wall, something I was unfamiliar with.
The room felt like it had been furnished with bare minimum stuff. No coffee pot but there was and iron and ironing board. Really?
The bathroom was ADA and I ended up with the hand held shower...

"It was okey but i didnt like that in the app when i reserved it said free breakfast and when i got their they try to charged me for the breakfast when it said it was a free breakfast ???? Also the first lady when my husband arriving and trying to to check in cause i was arriving later she was very rude and not very polite made my two sons and my husband feel very uncomfortable..!! Something i did not like cause when i call i heard her how she was talking to my son and it was very unprofessional...

"Beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and some signs of aging. The small, magnifying bathroom mirror fell of the wall, this time. During my last stay, the shower wasn't draining.
While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time."

"Was a very mediocre experience. The slider to the bathroom was very difficult to open and close. My husband had to yank it open so I could get out. The light around the mirror was strobing so bad I thought I might have a seizure. Last was breakfast. I asked the front desk if dogs were allowed in the restaurant area, he said yes.
