Room service:
1. Absolutely and appallingly filthy.
- Bathroom floors (Tiled areas within this unit), so unclean and layers of debris/dust, bacteria buildup.
Obvious period of a long duration of time that any, if at all, disinfecting and sanitizing had been performed.
- Housekeeping:
1. Room service by the housekeeper was very rude and unprofessionally present at the time of her requesting to "clean" the unit.
2. When asked for specific amenities to be given upon exiting for the time she needed to perform her duties, the response I was given was very abrupt and disturbingly clear. Mental health problems maybe? Not a physicist but definitely unstable and felt threatening.
3. My requests for amenities was cut short by her responses that she don't need to be told what was needed and that she knew what to do. I continued to clarify anyway, after patiently waiting for her to finish her aggressive responses. My requests were simple and it was this:
1. Please clean the floors well. They appeared at that time, by way of a casual overview upon observing the area before exiting.
2. A note reminder was given her in case she didn't remember specifically my requests. She did not acknowledge the curtesy.
3. It was apparently obvious as well, that she was mindfully focused on my personal property within my suitcase and belongings spread out within the area of the bedroom/TV space. She immediately took action upon entering the room, to walk straight forward to my property and touch.
