"We have stayed here several times for fishing the lake, not snow skiing. It is well-appointed, has everything we need, and is generally neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. We did note that someone left two pairs of socks in the clothes dryer (I left them on the bench) and a couple of pieces of cutlery needed a fresh clean, but everything else was spick and span, so that's for noting and not a complaint. The rest of the facility is great and a lot of upgrading has been done over the years and...

"The cottage was wonderful and spotlessly clean. We loved the quiet location and views of the lake. We were very warm with reverse cycle air conditioning. The cottage was cosy, had everything we needed and we would love to visit again."

"Neat cozy cottage in a natural, tranquil and very picturesque setting. The spring garden was blossoming, the chickens and lambs delightful and the river and sunsets lovely.Caretakers Wayne and Donna were welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Loved the fresh eggs, cozy fire and fresh flowers."

"The cottage is lovely and it is located in a beautiful quiet spot at Anglers Reach. When we arrived it had been snowing which was very exciting and we enjoyed walking down to check out the lake. There were lots of birds, kangaroos and wombats and it was a nice scenic drive to the snow. Jenni and Pete are very friendly and easy to communicate with which made organising our stay stress free."

"Excellent space . This was the second time we have stayed here . The inclusion of the new heaters , the complimentary bread and the ease of making the fire were great. "

"Lovely clean well-equipped modern house, with spectacular views of snow capped mountains. Warm wood fires. The drive in is a little wild, we managed in an AWD, but a 4WD would have been better, due to the wet weather."
