"こちらのホテルに初めて宿泊しました。 館内に入ると高級感のある良い香りがして癒されました。 スタッフの方々は皆さん笑顔で親切に対応していただき、ホテル時間を楽しめました。 立地も良く、観光の合間にホテルに戻って荷物を置いたり休憩したりできてよかったです。 エグゼクティブプランでしたので、朝食やカフェタイム、夜の軽食もいただけたので大変良かったです。 客室も広く清潔に保たれていましたし、日本の電化製品がそのまま使えるので助かりました。 ９割大満足ですが、ただひとつだけ…シーツや枕カバーの臭いが気になってバスタオルで覆って就寝しました。一緒に宿泊した友人も臭いが気になっていた様子です。 高級ホテルなので、リネン類は清潔な香りであって欲しかったです。 とはいえ全体的にはとても良いホテルだと思いますので、機会があればまたエグゼクティブプランで宿泊したいです。"

"The hotel was very well kept and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My family was impressed by the breakfast buffet, complimentary ice creams, and offering things like cool patches and umbrellas to help with the weather. The concierge was amazing, answering all our questions, helped us with calling taxis and they were able to suggest restaurants based on our dietary restrictions. Would highly recommend! "チェックインは7階キオスクで！とメールを頂き向かいましたが、キオスクが発券機みたいな機械だと知らなかったので、探しました。(日本ではキオスクはショップなので) たまたま出会ったスタッフの方に教えて頂き簡単にチェックイン、チェックアウトもできました。 ソウル駅ロッテマートからも約10分程で、ホテル下にコンビニが2軒あって便利でした。 ただ土日だったからか、食事ができるお店は空いてませんでした。 また利用したいと思います"

We were never in contact with any staff during our stay, but it was easy to navigate everything through the technology provided to us. There was a slight odor coming from the bathroom, but it was not that noticeable if the bathroom door was closed. Overall, we had a great experience at this hostel :)"

"7月の3日間利用させて頂きました。 建物は若干年季があるもののホテルの設備については不足なく快適に過ごせました。 また、明洞通りから徒歩圏内（数十秒）及び地下鉄駅（地下鉄4号線・明洞駅）も目の前で好アクセスで、周辺もコンビニやスタバ、ダイソー・オリヤンなどあり非常に良かったです。 受付スタッフも日本語で対応いただいて助かりました。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思います。 ありがとうございました！！"

"Clean room, good size bathroom and shower. The windows were odd, instead of a single glass pane, there were disconnected small squares which was disappointing. The property is walkable (with suitcases) from Seoul Station if the weather is good, also not too far from the airport bus drop off location."
