"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"

"Abbie checked us in and was lovely, we needed more towels and some heating in the room which she organised immediately. We checked out with Natasha who also was incredibly helpful and organised our breakfast. All the staff couldn’t be more inviting and made us feel very welcome. Thank you! "

"Ample parking, warm welcome from reception. Clean and warm room. Breakfast was busy but plenty of food which was fresh and hot. Staff clearing dining room were excellent and clearing tables super quick. My only slight grumble was the mattress. My husband and I both felt like we were rolling into the middle all night. Apart from that, an excellent stay and a lovely hotel. "

"Everything about this hotel was close to perfect. The Castle itself was outstanding. The photographs dont do it justice. We wish we had booked an extra night to enjoy it for long but we will be back. We used the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both meals we still talk about. Staff all really helpful and friendly as well. We look forward to our next visit!!!"
