"J ai aimé le cadre et le calme et la gentillesse du personnel. Les soins du SPA très professionnels. La restauration est bien mais je n ai pas aimé le vin qui était de mauvaise qualité et difficulté de trouver cuillère et petites cuillères. Le restaurant gastro n'était pas là la hauteur de nos espérances : service et nourriture; Pour le reste c'était tres bien."

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"The greatest place to stay in Sousse, without a doubt! Affordable, clean, super nice people/staff working there. One of the most popular places in Sousse, right at the entrance to the Medina, about a 7 minute walk to the beach, in the town center. minutes to the train, 1 minute to the bus area, etc. Mohammed at the front desk is the greatest guy you'll meet. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel, a beautifully restored eighteenth-century family home, is arranged with great taste and attention to detail. The owner and staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Check-in was as smooth as it gets—they immediately provided us with a WhatsApp contact, which made communication easy throughout our stay. "You will never find hotel staff more friendly and caring and helpful where they can than the team here. I had a terrible vacation in the country, however, the kindness of the staff here was amazing. Amine, was so helpful and make me feel so comfortable and was extremely professional and a very helpful resource for my many questions, made great recommendations and made it a pleasant experience. He was very knowledgeable and was great with coordinating staff there. "

"This hotel is very lgbt friendly. I had to flee another hotel due to homophobia and bigotry and the Hotel Sousseana was an excellent replacement and a safe haven too . Very friendly reception staff who were knowledgeable about the local area and respected my pronouns as a non binary person.
