Although it might feel a bit dated in some places, the rooms and common areas are clean and well looked after. The private grounds are picturesque and have a lot of entertainment to offer. "This wasy 3 rd visit to Palm Marina and again I had an amazing time ! . The rooms are dated but clean and the mail tidied and supplied clean towels every day . The restaurant is what I expect from all inclusive, plenty of choice for all nationalities . The bar has a variety of yummy alcoholic and NON alcoholic beverages . "L'hotel est calme et propre. De plus, le personnel est très aidant, agréable, serviable et à l'ecoute. Un merci particulier à Mohamed à la réception, Momo et Amine à l'animation et toute l'equipe de la restauration pour le très bon service. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. Je recommande Marhaba Beach très fortement."

"Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again."

"Had a really great stay. The lifeguards, waiters and all staff were amazing. So attentive and would do anything for you. Cannot fault any of the food, although appearing as a normal buffet, it is all of immense quality and I cannot fault it. The culinarium experience is also amazing. Everywhere is clean. Only downside is that floors could be very slippy at times but cannot help that!"

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. "Right in the medina of Sousse! We arrived at night, so walking out in the daytime to realise we were in the middle of a line of stalls was a lovely surprise. The room itself was incredibly clean, which made us feel really comfortable. Go with no expectations, its a simple room with basics that are needed, its clean and does the job.
