Juste un problème en arrivant à la chambre il y'avais deux lit séparés alors notre demanande pour un lit double, après réclamation ils nous ont promis que ca sera fait le lendemain, mais rien n'a été fait le lendemain vers 20heures on rentrons la chambre elle a été même pas faite comme on l'a laissé le matin. Pour un hôtel 4étoiles c'est vraiment dommage. "

"Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again."

"Perfect Hotel for people looking for all inclusive. For me this was accidental, I was going to be in sousse and booked without looking at this detail. Pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, to amazing food in dining hall! Lots of great options. All team members are helpful, smiley and love to help guests. Oh and the live music, I think it's every night? with small dance area/floor. Good location too, away from the hustle/bustle of the city, but close enough to get their walking. I walked...
