"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. "The list goes on. Where to start?? Rooms need updating. Broken door handles. Broken toilet roll holder. Ceiling fan above the couch is cooked. Only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people on a 5 night stay. They supply a mini sample size of toiletries and no free replacements - unless you stay for 7 nights. The coffee sachets were stale and the sugar sachets had absorbed mositure and gone sticky, no longer useable granules. The mugs need replacing or bleaching as they're also filthy....
